It’s really up to you. Our advice is to listen to your inner wisdom and act on it (in all situations!!). We shift energy and point to limiting beliefs that drive behaviours, but the real healing comes when you consciously change your mind about yourself and others. If you’re in a good space and you’re taking responsibility for your experiences, then you don’t need to come in. If things start going pear shaped and your reacting, rather then responding to situations or events, then it might be time to book an appointment.
